Fourth Week and for most... 1st week of Semester II

Monday marks the halfway point for most of us and the last week of the Elevate Math and Science Programs.

Elevate Math will be going on a field trip to the Monterrey Bay Aquarium on Wednesday leaving at 8:00 am and returning 3:00 - 3:30 pm















The Migrant Ed PASS program has two trips this week!

TECH Museum, July 15th

Pick -Up at  Brownell MS at: 8:30 am30 am

Depart Brownell at 8:45 am and Pick up at GHS at 9:00 am9:00 am

Arrive to Tech museum and check in at 10:30 am:30 am

Lunch 11:20 - 11:50 am 

IMAX 12:00 - 12:45 pm

Bus pick up at in San Jose 2:15 pm

Arrive to Brownell at 2:30 pm

Depart Brownell at and Arrive to GHS at 2:45 pm

Traffic played havoc with times last week so make sure the students tell their parents that it "might" happen again!

Monday will be similar to the first day of the first semester, EXCEPT!  we have had practice and should be better prepared.   Everyone's rosters will be full of students and by Tuesday or Wednesday we should have a more realistic idea of our class sizes... so hang in there!

Everyone should have the supplies they ordered by now, let us know if we missed you somehow!

Last and certainly not least, make sure you have turned in your first semester grades to Sylvia in the Library.  We will input them as soon as we get the avenue to take from the District Office.  Thank you!

And we say goodbye to Robyn Denega as she has completed her half of the team of Denega and Barone!  And so, we give Vicki Barone a hardy hello and welcome into our midst!  Hello Vicki!
